Reliable frequency inverter with built-in EMC filter SPLC-FC1000-1R5G4 is powered by a three-phase network of 380 V and uses vector control of three-phase asynchronous motors with power up to 1.5 kW and a voltage of 380 V. An additional card enables operation with permanent magnet machines.
SPLC-FC1000-1R5G4 supports several operating modes:

Sensorless vector control in open-loop provides precise vector current control of an asynchronous electric motor 1.5 kW and maintains torque;

Vector control with encoder requires PG card installation. Speed tracking enhances speed control accuracy and allows precise control of the torque of an asynchronous electric motor 1.5 kW. This mode enables work with synchronous motors up to 1.5 kW.

Scalar control V/F can be activated for controlling asynchronous machines 1.5 kW with non-inertial loads (small pumps and fans).

- Mounting in a protective cabinet on DIN rail;
- The front panel features a 5-character LED display and indicators for settings and parameter values. Convenient input buttons and a potentiometer knob for manual setting of motor rotation frequency
- Option to connect an external control panel via RJ45 interface;
- Power terminals are covered to provide protection against accidental contact. STO jumper (Safe Torque Off) can be used as additional motor safety measure — while the jumper is installed, the frequency inverter output is blocked. Grounding of the power circuit is present.
