Reliable frequency converter with built-in EMC filter SPLC-FC1000-3R0G4 powered by a three-phase network 380 V and uses vector control for three-phase asynchronous motors with power up to 3 kW at a voltage 380 V. Additionally, with an installed extra card, this inverter can be connected to a machine with permanent magnets.
SPLC-FC1000-3R0G4 supports several operating modes:

Vector control without encoder in open loop provides precise vector control of the asynchronous motor 3 kW and maintains torque;

Vector control with encoder requires a PG card. Speed tracking allows enhanced speed accuracy and precise torque control of the asynchronous motor 3 kW. This mode supports synchronous motor operation up to 3 kW.

Scalar control V/F can be enabled for controlling asynchronous motors 3 kW with non-inertia loads (small pumps and fans).
Overview of the reliable frequency converter SPLC-FC1000-3R0G4:
- Mounting in protective cabinet on DIN rail;
- Front panel features a 5-digit LED display and indicators to display settings and control parameters values. Convenient input buttons and a potentiometer knob to manually set the motor speed
- Ability to connect an external control panel with RJ45 interface;
- Power terminals are covered to prevent accidental contact. STO bridge (safe torque off) can be used as an additional safety measure for the motor — while the bridge is installed, the output of the frequency inverter is blocked. Grounding of the power circuit is available.
