The frequency converter SPLC-NZS-1R5G4 is designed to control water supply pumps, as well as other asynchronous motors with power up to 1.5 kW in a three-phase AC supply 380V.
This frequency converter has a reliable enclosure with a protection degree of IP65, which protects the device's printed circuit boards from dust and water sprays in case of installation directly near actuators in a polluted environment. The price of the frequency converter is indicated with its package including hermetic cable entries, a 1.8 m input cable for power connection, and a 1 m output cable for motor connection.
On the front panel of SPLC-NZS-1R5G4, there is an LCD display and indicators, as well as a keyboard. The function of some keys can be determined through the menu, and they can be locked.
Control circuit terminal blocks:
- 6 multifunctional discrete input terminals, which can be used for remote commands, switching between 16 preset speeds (combination of 4 input signals), among 4 acceleration modes (combination of 2 input signals), etc.;
- 1 analog scalable input (0...10 V, 0...20 mA), which can directly be a frequency setpoint source, for connecting a temperature or pressure sensor in PID control in a closed circuit;
- 2 relay outputs;
- 2 analog outputs (0...10 V or 0...20 mA);
- RS-485 (Modbus) for connection in an industrial process automation system.
SPLC-NZS-1R5G4 supports the following control methods:
- Scalar control method with multi-point adjustment ability for obtaining the V/f curve.
