Description

Flanged butterfly valve with a rotating disc series SCBF-BV2-6JA-250 is used for air-gravity transportation of flowing bulk materials (granules, concrete, sand, etc.) at low pressure PN0.1. The series is designed for pipes to silos and bunkers with a nominal diameter d 250 mm. This pipeline equipment is installed using flanged mounts with an additional rubber seal between the pipe and the valve, which is included in the basic configuration of SCBF-BV2-6JA-250 Specialist.

By default, we supply valves SCBF-BV2-6JA-250 with a cast iron disc, NBR seals and a non-coated cast aluminium body, reducing the weight of the product. On request, we manufacture valves with disc rubberizing and other materials.

At the customer's choice, disc butterfly valves for pipelines and bunkers of bulk materials can be equipped with a set:

platform-bracket for pneumatic or electric drive, connecting shaft according to ISO (octagonal star shape)
adapter for connecting shaft valve-drive under square
manual control
pneumatic drive RST/RAT for operation both in “open-close” mode, and adjustable flow with pneumatic positioner
electric drive
