The frequency converter SPLC-NZS-11G4 is designed for controlling water supply pumps, as well as other asynchronous motors with a capacity of up to 11 kW with three-phase AC power 380V.
This frequency converter features a reliable IP65 rated enclosure that protects the device's circuit boards from dust and water jets when installed directly near the actuators in a contaminated environment. The converter's price includes sealed cable glands, an input cable of 1.8 m for power connection, and an output cable of 1 m for motor connection.
The SPLC-NZS-11G4 front panel includes an LCD and indicators, as well as a keyboard. Certain keys can be defined or locked via the menu.
Control circuit terminal blocks:
- 6 multifunctional discrete input terminals for remote commands, switching between 16 preset speeds (combination of 4 input signals), 4 acceleration modes (combination of 2 input signals), etc.;
- 1 scalable analogue input (0...10 V, 0...20 mA), able to directly set the frequency, connect a temperature or pressure sensor for PID control in a closed loop;
- 2 relay outputs;
- 2 analogue outputs (0...10 V or 0...20 mA);
- RS-485 (Modbus) for connection to an industrial automation system.
The SPLC-NZS-11G4 supports the following control methods:
- scalar control method with the ability for multipoint adjustment to achieve a V/f curve.
