Description
Three-phase motor choke 30A, 380V, 11 kW, 0.23 mH OCL-0030-0M23-0.4SC is installed at the output of the frequency converter to filter the current supplied to three-phase electric motors 380 V. The purpose of the output electric choke is as follows:
- Creation of inductive resistance that limits the motor power current and thus prevents its overload and damage;
- Prevention of sharp current surges during the motor's start-up, which may lead to equipment failure;
- Cleaning the current sine wave from unwanted high harmonics (high-frequency noise) occurring in the electric drive.
Use the AC output choke in the circuit between the frequency converter and the asynchronous electric motor to improve the power quality of the drive, as well as ensure safe and long-lasting equipment operation.

- In the temperature range from minus 10 to 45℃ the rated parameters of the choke are tabular. At temperatures above 55℃, the rated current decreases by approximately 2% for every additional +1℃.
- Altitude should not exceed 2000 m above sea level.
- Air humidity less than 90%.
- Environment: free from harmful gases, flammable objects, well ventilated.
When placing the choke in a cabinet, ensure ventilation for adequate equipment cooling.
