The frequency inverter SPLC-NZS-7R5G4 is designed for controlling water supply pumps and other asynchronous motors with power up to 7.5 kW when supplied with three-phase alternating current 380V.
This frequency inverter features a reliable housing with an IP65 dust and moisture protection rating, which protects the device's circuit boards from dust and water jets when the device is installed close to actuators in a contaminated environment. The price of the frequency inverter includes its complete set with sealed cable glands, a 1.8 m power input cable, and a 1 m output cable for connection to the motor.
On the front panel of the SPLC-NZS-7R5G4, there is an LCD display and indicators, as well as a keyboard. The function of some keys can be assigned through the menu and locked.
Control circuit terminal blocks:
- 6 multifunctional discrete input terminals, which can be used for remote commands, switching between 16 preset speeds (combination of 4 input signals), between 4 acceleration modes (combination of 2 input signals), etc.;
- 1 scalable analogue input (0...10 V, 0...20 mA), that can serve as a direct source of set frequency, for connecting a temperature or pressure sensor during PID control in a closed loop;
- 2 relay outputs;
- 2 analogue outputs (0...10 V or 0...20 mA);
- RS-485 (Modbus) for connection in an industrial process automation system.
SPLC-NZS-7R5G4 supports the following control methods:
- Scalar control method with the possibility of multipoint tuning to obtain the V/f curve.
