The functional and compact scalar frequency inverter SPLC-NLP1000-5R5G4 is designed to connect to a three-phase network 380 V and to control three-phase asynchronous motors with up to 5.5 kW power. This frequency inverter can manage pumps, conveyor belts, and various machines through fine adjustments of motor start and stop, V/f output characteristic adaptation for different load types, PID regulation, and programmed operation through multi-step PLC instructions.
The scalar frequency inverter SPLC-NLP1000-5R5G4 uses a scalar V/f control mode. This mode is relatively simple to set up: exact input of all machine parameters is not required.
The scalar inverter model SPLC-NLP1000-5R5G4 has a protection rating of IP20, therefore it is recommended to install the device on a DIN rail in specialized cabinets for protection against dust and moisture. If necessary, a remote control panel can be connected (not included in the price, available by request).

Power Circuit of SPLC-NLP1000-5R5G4 Inverters:
- Powered by a three-phase network 3-phase 380 V AC 50/60 Hz;
- Linear output voltage from 0 to 380 V, frequency range from 0.1 to 400 Hz;
- Permissible overload for 60 s – up to 150% of the nominal current value (constant load mode)
Control Circuit of SPLC-NLP1000-5R5G4:
- 4DI – four digital inputs that can be custom defined through menu selection. For example, a digital input can be used for start, forward run, reverse, stop, frequency JOG skip, switching between frequency sources X and Y, switching between 16 preset speed frequency values, switching between 4 acceleration and deceleration modes, remote frequency increase/decrease, timer start, PID regulation, built-in controller program, etc.
- 1AI – one input that can switch via J2 jumper and receive an appropriate analog signal with current 4...20 mA or voltage 0...10 V to set frequency;
- 1DO – one multifunctional digital output (relay), which can be used for ON-OFF output signal of operational status, frequency or time counter achievement, PLC step or cycle completion;
- RS485 – RS485 serial port connector for uniting industrial combo sets of NL frequency converter, controllers, industrial PCs, etc.
How to choose the correct model of scalar three-phase inverter series SPLC-NLP1000 380V?
Since the output voltage of SPLC-NLP1000-5R5G4 is 380 V, three-phase electric motors 220/380 V must be connected using a "star" winding connection scheme. The parameters corresponding to these connections are indicated on the motor's nameplate. The frequency converter model should be chosen so that the nominal current and power values are greater than the motor's parameters.
