Functional and compact scalar frequency inverter SPLC-NLP1000-1R5G4 is designed for connection to a three-phase network 380 V and controlling three-phase asynchronous motors with power up to 1.5 kW. This frequency inverter can control pumps, conveyor belts, and various machines thanks to fine start and stop settings, adapting the V/f output characteristic for different load types, PID control, and programmable multi-step PLC instructions, etc.
The scalar frequency inverter SPLC-NLP1000-1R5G4 uses scalar V/f control mode. This mode is relatively easy to set up: precise entry of all machine parameters is not mandatory.
The scalar frequency inverter model SPLC-NLP1000-1R5G4 is rated IP20, so it is recommended to install the device on a DIN rail in specialized cabinets for protection from dust and moisture. If needed, a removable control panel can be connected (not included in the price, supplied on order).

Control Circuit SPLC-NLP1000-1R5G4:
- 4DI — four digital inputs, functions can be defined by menu selection. For example, a digital input can be used for start command, forward, reverse, stop, JOG frequency skip, switching between frequency sources X and Y, switching between 16 preset speed frequencies, switching between 4 acceleration and braking modes, remote frequency increase/decrease, timer activation, PID regulation, built-in controller program, etc.
- 1AI — one input switchable with jumper J2 and can accept a corresponding analogue signal with current 4...20 mA or voltage 0...10 V for frequency setting;
- 1DO — one multifunctional digital output (relay type), can be used for ON-OFF output signal, frequency or timer counter reached, end of program step or PLC cycle;
- RS485 — RS485 serial port connector for integration into an industrial set of frequency inverter NL, controllers, industrial PCs, etc.
