The functional and compact scalar frequency inverters SPLC-NLP1000-0R4G2 are designed to connect to a single-phase network 220 V and control three-phase asynchronous motors with a power of up to 0.4 kW (depending on the chosen model of frequency inverter). This frequency inverter can control pumps, conveyor belts, and various machines thanks to fine-tuning of the start and stop of the motor, adaptation of the V/f output characteristics for different types of loads, PID control, programmable operation according to a multi-step PLC instruction, and more.
The scalar frequency inverter SPLC-NLP1000-0R4G2 uses a scalar V/f control mode. This mode is relatively simple to set up: precise input of all machine parameters is unnecessary.
The model of the scalar inverter SPLC-NLP1000-0R4G2 has a protection rating of IP20, so it is recommended to mount it on a DIN rail in specialized cabinets for protection against dust and moisture. If necessary, a removable control panel can be connected to the inverter (not included in the price, supplied by order).

- Powered by single-phase network 1φ 220 V AC 50/60 Hz;
- Linear output voltage ranges from 0 to 220 V, and frequency ranges from 0.1 to 400 Hz;
- Allowable overload up to 150% of the rated current value (in constant load mode) for 60 s.
Control circuit of SPLC-NLP1000-0R4G2:
- 4DI — four digital inputs, whose function can be defined independently by selection in the menu. For example, a digital input can be used for start command, forward run, reverse, stop, jog frequency skipping, switching between frequency sources X and Y, switching between 16 predefined speed frequency values, switching between 4 acceleration and deceleration modes, remote frequency increase/decrease, timer start, PID control activation, built-in controller program, etc.
- 1AI — one input, which can be switched using jumper J2 to accept the appropriate analog signal by current 4…20 mA or voltage 0…10 V for setting frequency;
- 1DO — one multifunctional digital (relay) output, which can be used for ON-OFF output signal about operating state, frequency or time counter achievement, PLC step or cycle completion;
- RS485 — RS485 serial port connector for integration into industrial set with NL frequency converter, controllers, industrial PCs, etc.
