Description
Three-phase motor choke 90A, 380V, 37 kW, 0.078 mH OCL-0090-078U-0.4SC is installed at the output of a frequency converter to filter current supplied to three-phase electric motors of 380V. The purpose of the output reactor is as follows:
- Creating inductive resistance that limits the motor supply current, thus preventing overload and damage;
- Preventing sudden current spikes during motor startup, which can damage equipment;
- Cleansing the current sine wave from unwanted high harmonics (high-frequency noise) occurring in the electric drive.
Use the AC output choke in the circuit between the frequency converter and asynchronous motor to improve power supply quality to the drive, and ensure safe and long-term equipment operation.

- The altitude should not exceed 2000 m above sea level.

- Environment: no harmful gases, flammable items, presence of good ventilation.
When placing the choke in a cabinet, ensure ventilation to provide adequate cooling of the equipment.
