The SPLC-NZS-3R7G4 frequency converter is designed for controlling water supply pumps, as well as other asynchronous motors with power up to 3.7 kW with three-phase AC power 380V.
This frequency converter has a reliable casing with IP65 dust and water protection rating, which protects the device's printed circuit boards from dust and water streams when the device is installed directly near actuators in a contaminated environment. The price of the frequency converter includes its configuration with sealed cable glands, a 1.8 m input cable for power connection, and a 1 m output cable for connecting to the motor.
The SPLC-NZS-3R7G4 front panel has an LCD display and indicators, along with a keyboard. The function of some keys can be set through the menu and locked.
Control circuit terminals:
- 6 multifunctional discrete input terminals, which can be used for remote commands, switching between 16 preset speeds (combination of 4 input signals), among 4 acceleration modes (combination of 2 input signals), etc.;
- 1 analog scalable input (0...10 V, 0...20 mA), which can serve directly as a frequency setpoint source, for connecting a temperature or pressure sensor in a closed loop PID control;
- 2 relay outputs;
- 2 analog outputs (0...10 V or 0...20 mA);
- RS-485 (Modbus) for connection to an industrial process automation system.
SPLC-NZS-3R7G4 supports the following control methods:
- scalar control method with the possibility of multi-point configuration to achieve a V/f curve.
