Reliable frequency converters with a built-in EMC filter SPLC-FC1000-0R4G2 are powered by a single-phase network 220 V and use vector control of three-phase asynchronous motors with a power of up to 0.4 kW at a voltage of 220 V. Also, when an additional card is installed, these inverters can be connected to machines with permanent magnets.
SPLC-FC1000-0R4G4 supports several operating modes:

Vector control without encoder in open loop provides precise control of the current vector of an asynchronous electric motor 0.4 kW and maintains torque on it;

Vector control with encoder requires the installation of a PG card. Speed tracking improves speed control accuracy and allows precise control of the torque of an asynchronous electric motor 0.4 kW. This mode also allows working with synchronous motors up to 0.4 kW.

Scalar control V/F can be enabled for controlling asynchronous electric machines 0.4 kW with no-inertia loads (small pumps and fans).

- Front panel features a 5-digit LED display and indicators for displaying settings and parameter control values. Convenient input buttons and potentiometer handle for manually setting motor speed frequency

- Power terminals are covered to provide protection against accidental contact. STO jumper (Safe Torque Off) can be used as an additional safety measure for the motor – when the jumper is installed, the frequency inverter output is blocked. There is grounding of the power circuit.
