Ball valve 1 ½″ stainless PN16 DN40 with regulating electric drive SCBV-Q611

A three-piece adjustable ball valve DN 40 with internal 1 ½″ threading and electric actuator SCBV-Q611F-16FC-40-HL-10-A is by default made of stainless steel and is used for automated flow control proportional to the 4-20 mA signal in water pipelines, beverage and food mix lines, petrochemical and chemical products. It is essential to check the compatibility of the liquid or gas composition with the valve materials: PTFE and AISI 304. Features of the Electric Ball Valve Construction DN40 1 ½ inch

The standard configuration SCBV-Q611F-16FC-40-HL-10-A includes:

• Full bore ball valve, offering the highest flow capacity because the diameter of the sealing ball matches the pipeline diameter.
• Three-piece valve body consisting of the housing and two removable screw-on couplings (threaded portion) with internal threads of one and a half inches 1 ½″. We also offer flange ball valves, welding or clamp fittings upon request.
• Standardised fittings F05/F07. The ball valve and actuator have flange connections between each other according to ISO 5211/DIN 3337, providing full compatibility and interchangeability of equipment and ensuring a reliable installation according to EU and Ukrainian standards.
• Flow adjustment proportional to the 4-20 mA signal. Practically any industrial PLC supports a 4-20 mA output and can control the actuator, but if needed, we also supply 1-5 V and 0-10 V.
• Anti-static device and stem leakage protection
