SCC-FJ20-20/25(H) is an industrial carbon filter for an air compressor, designed for adsorption of water and oil residues, volatile organic compounds, aerosol vapours for high volume up to 2.3 cubic m/min of compressed air under high pressure up to 16 atm. The device connects to the air line through two threaded openings G 1″ or ¾″ (depending on the customer's choice). Pre-filtration with a set of filters SCC-WS-FJ20-20/25-G-C-T-A or your available equivalents with a filtration degree of 0.01 µm. Coarse filters prevent too fast contamination of the replaceable carbon cartridge and help to minimize pressure losses.
The activated carbon cartridge is a consumable which needs to be replaced after contamination — for easy maintenance, model SCC-FJ20-20/25-G(H) is an air filter with a differential manometer measuring pressure drops — when the needle moves to red, the filter element should be replaced.
