Description

Industrial cast iron wafer disc-type butterfly valve series SCBF-D673-10XEX-100 is a non-dismantling butterfly valve with a body and disc made of cast carbon steel WCB, which, unlike grey and nodular cast iron, can operate under high pressure and has better heat resistance. The nominal diameter for pipes is DN 100 mm. Delivered with a standardised platform for installing pneumatic, electric actuators or handles of size F05.

These cast iron wafer butterfly valves DN 100 are shut-off and regulating pipeline valves — they can be used both in "open/closed" mode and in intermediate positions for regulating the volume of non-aggressive gases, air, water, liquids with a weak concentration of alkalis and limited small quantities of acids. The working medium should be checked for compatibility with WCB and EPDM. Allowable working pressure (by default) is PN up to 10 bar.
