Description

The functional and compact scalar frequency inverter SPLC-NLP1000-30G4 is designed for connection to a three-phase network 380 V and for controlling three-phase asynchronous motors with a power up to 30 kW. This frequency inverter can control pumps, conveyor belts, and various machines thanks to precise start and stop adjustments, adaptation of V/f output characteristics to different load types, PID regulation, programmed operation with multistep PLC instructions, and more.

The scalar frequency inverter SPLC-NLP1000-30G4 uses scalar V/f control mode. This mode is relatively simple to set up: precise input of all machine parameters is not mandatory.

Model SPLC-NLP1000-30G4 has a protection level of IP20, so it is recommended to install the device on a DIN rail in specialized enclosures for protection against dust and moisture. If necessary, a removable control panel can be connected (not included in the price, available on order).

Power Circuit of SPLC-NLP1000-30G4 Frequency Inverters:

Powered by a three-phase 3P 380 V AC network at 50/60 Hz;
Linear output voltage ranges from 0 to 380 V, and the frequency is within the range of 0.1 to 400 Hz;
Allowable overload for 60 seconds is up to 150% of the nominal current (in constant load operation mode)

Control Circuit SPLC-NLP1000-30G4:

4DI — four digital inputs, functions of which can be set independently through the menu. For example, a digital input can be used for start, forward run, reverse, stop, JOG frequency skip, switching between frequency sources X and Y, switching between 16 preset speed frequency settings, switching between 4 acceleration and braking modes, remote increase/decrease frequency, timer start, PID regulation activation, built-in controller program, etc.
1AI — one input that can be switched by J2 jumper and accepts corresponding analog signal by current 4...20 mA or voltage 0...10 V for setting the frequency;
1DO — one multifunctional digital output (relay type) that can be used for ON-OFF signal output about operational status, frequency or time counter achievement, or step/PLC cycle completion;
RS485 — RS485 serial port for integrating into industrial sets of NL frequency inverters, controllers, industrial PCs, etc.
