Description
Screw Compressor Block — is a spare part for repairing screw compressors with direct or belt drive in case the screw pair rotors are worn out or damaged.
We supply screw blocks made by Baosi, a leading manufacturer in China. These screw compressor rotors are designed in Germany and manufactured using advanced technology on state-of-the-art CNC machines produced by KAPP (Germany) and AMADA (Japan). This ensures high quality components, compliance with the specified compressor power, and guaranteed operation without major repairs for over 16,000 hours (subject to installation and operation rules).
All our screw pairs have a unique serial number and a factory warranty.
The main structural element of the screw block is two screw rotors — a leading and a driven one. The driven rotor has concave grooves, while the leading one is cut opposite to the driven. The rotors are housed in a split casing made of steel or cast iron. In the casing, there are machined slots for bearings, seals, and screws, within which the compression and suction chambers are located.
