XD5 controllers by Xinje are enhanced programmable logic controllers offering full functionality and a wide range of uses. They have the following features:
- They support programming in various languages, such as ladder diagram, C-text, functional blocks, etc. using the free XDPPro development environment
- They have transistor type inputs and outputs.
- They support up to 16 extension modules which can be special, communication, or I/O
- They support special functions such as pulse output, high-speed counter, pulse-width modulation, frequency measurement, two-axis control etc.
- They support the RS232/485 communication protocol
- They support Xinje Cloud service which allows remote programming and monitoring of controllers via the internet
