The SPLC-NZS-18G4 frequency converter is designed for controlling water supply pumps and other asynchronous motors with a capacity of up to 18.5 kW under three-phase alternating current supply 380V.
This frequency converter features a reliable housing with IP65 dust and moisture protection, safeguarding the device's printed circuit boards from dust and water jets when installed directly near actuators in contaminated environments. The price includes the converter with sealed cable glands, a 1.8 m input cable for power connection, and a 1 m output cable for connecting to the motor.
The front panel of the SPLC-NZS-18G4 is equipped with an LCD display and indicators, as well as a keyboard. The functionality of some buttons can be defined through the menu and locked.
Control circuit terminal blocks:
- 6 multifunctional discrete input terminals that can be used for remote commands, switching between 16 preset speeds (combination of 4 input signals), 4 acceleration modes (combination of 2 input signals), etc.;
- 1 scalable analogue input (0...10 V, 0...20 mA), which can directly serve as the frequency setting source, or for connecting a temperature or pressure sensor when using PID control in a closed loop;
- 2 relay outputs;
- 2 analogue outputs (0...10 V or 0...20 mA);
- RS-485 (Modbus) for connecting to an industrial process automation system.
