The functional and compact scalar frequency inverter SPLC-NLP1000-220G4 is designed for connection to a three-phase network of 380 V and for controlling three-phase asynchronous motors with a power of up to 220 kW. This frequency inverter can control pumps, conveyor belts, and various machines thanks to fine-tuning of motor start and stop, V/f output characteristic adaptation for different load types, PID-regulation, programmable work based on multistep PLC instructions and more.
The scalar frequency inverter SPLC-NLP1000-220G4 uses scalar V/f control mode. This mode is relatively simple to set up: precise input of all machine parameters is not mandatory.
The scalar frequency inverter SPLC-NLP1000-220G4 model has a protection rating of IP20, so it is recommended to install the device on a DIN rail in specialized cabinets to protect it from dust and moisture. If necessary, a removable control panel can be connected to the inverter (not included in the price, supplied on request).

Power Circuit of SPLC-NLP1000-220G4 Inverters:
- Powered from a three-phase 3ph 380 V AC network 50/60 Hz;
- The linear output voltage is from 0 to 380 V, and the frequency is in the range from 0.1 to 400 Hz;
- The permissible overload for 60 s is up to 150% of the nominal current value (in constant load operation mode)
SPLC-NLP1000-220G4 Control Circuit:
- 4DI — Four digital inputs that can be independently defined by selecting in the menu. For example, a digital input can be used for start command, forward run, reverse, stop, frequency bypass JOG, switching between frequency sources X and Y, switching between set values of 16 speed frequencies, switching between 4 acceleration and deceleration modes, remote frequency increase/decrease, timer start, PID-regulation activation, built-in controller program, etc.
- 1AI — One input that can be switched using jumper J2 and accepts the corresponding analog signal by current 4...20 mA or voltage 0...10 V to set the frequency;
- 1DO — One multifunctional digital output (relay), which can be used for the ON-OFF output signal about operation status, frequency or time counter achievement, completion of a step or cycle of the PLC program;
- RS485 — RS485 serial port connector for integration into an industrial network with the NL frequency converter, controllers, industrial PCs, etc.
How to choose the correct model of three-phase scalar inverter of the SPLC-NLP1000 380V series?
Since the output voltage of SPLC-NLP1000-220G4 is 380 V, three-phase electric motors of 220/380 V need to be connected using the star winding configuration. The motor parameters matching these connections are indicated on the motor's nameplate. The frequency converter model must be selected in such a way that the nominal current and power values in the tables are greater than the motor parameters.
