Description

Electromagnetic valve for semi-automatic SV-WZ-ES-22NC-2.2-A (type A) for use with chemically neutral gases and liquids, can be used in various installations (for instance, air-plasma cutting), but are most commonly purchased as solenoid gas cut-off valves for semi-automatic and automatic welding machines, connected to pipelines via a "tree" Ø8 mm at the inlet and Ø6 mm at the outlet.

The feature of welding valves SV-WZ-ES-22NC-2.2-A is a reliable brass body, its high corrosion resistance, and the valve's capability to withstand high temperatures (up to 90°C) and pressure (up to 8 bar) of the working medium. The nominal bore diameter is 2.2 mm, ensuring an optimal flow of protective gas for welding. The gas valve is a two-way two-position normally closed valve (2/2 NC) and will not allow gas to pass to the torch without voltage on the solenoid coil. The valve starts gas flow from inlet to outlet on signal and remains open until power is cut off.
