Description
The expansion board for connecting an encoder to a variable frequency drive NZ8000-PG-B5 is an additional board installed inside the frequency converter to implement the CLVC motor control method (high-precision vector control with encoder).
This board is an optional component for NZ8000 series variable frequency drives from 5.5 kW and allows receiving and processing high-speed pulse signals from the encoder with ABZUVW output for tracking the rotational speed of asynchronous or synchronous motors. We recommend ordering NZ800 variable frequency drives with the NZ8000-PG-B5 board and encoder to solve precision positioning tasks in CNC machines, automation lines — it increases speed accuracy by 25 times (becomes ±0.02% compared to ±0.5%), and also allows torque control accuracy of ±5% N·m.
