Description
The NZ8000-PG-B2 frequency converter extension board is a specialised additional electronic circuit for installation inside the NZ8000 series frequency converter from 3.7 kW. Through it, an encoder with ABZ signal is connected. Components on the board ensure receipt and processing of high-speed valcoder pulses, allowing the programme to adjust the behaviour of asynchronous or synchronous motors.
Connecting an ABZ encoder to the frequency converter via the board and switching to FVC mode (vector control with encoder) increases the accuracy of speed control ±0.02%, and also allows torque regulation with an accuracy of ±5%. You can buy the NZ8000 converter with a PG card and an optical rotor encoder from us to control a CNC machine motor: for positioning and processing materials of various hardness on lathes, milling machines, drills, grinders, etc.
