Three-phase frequency converters SPLC-AT20-30G/37P4 are powered by three-phase voltage 380 V and are designed to control three-phase asynchronous motors with a voltage of 380 V with a power of up to 30 kW.
The frequency converter model in the SPLC-AT20-30G/37P4 series can switch to modes:
- Accurate vector control with open loop (sensorless)
- Easy-to-set scalar control, which involves adjusting voltage/frequency. This control is less precise but allows enabling "Pump" mode to work with higher power motors — 37 kW.
Main parameters of SPLC-AT20-30G/37P4:
- Maximum output frequency up to 600 Hz, resolution for digital frequency setting 0.01 Hz;
- Nominal power supply of the frequency converter — 3ph ~380V 50/60 Hz;
- Overload capability: operation for 60 s with exceeding nominal current up to 150%, for 3 s — up to 180% (in “P” mode overload of 120% is allowed for 60 s, 150% — no more than 3 s);
- PID-regulation with feedback;
- Internal controller (PLC);
- External control panel (liquid crystal display, indicators, configurable keys). By default, the removable operator panel is mounted on the device, and for remote connection, an additional order and purchase of a connector is required (not included in the frequency converter price).

- Multistep speed with 16 preset rotation frequencies duration up to 6500.0 hours, acceleration/deceleration time of each step;
- Closed-loop PID regulation, with switchable PID parameters;

- High-speed pulse signal.
- Holding start frequency up to 100.0 s;
- Forced motor stop function with DC braking;
- Choice of time and mode of acceleration/deceleration — linear or S-shaped curve;
- Sleep mode with periods of activation to prevent water from freezing;
- “Jog” mode;
- Protection functions:
- Password menu access protection;
- Motor and frequency converter overload protection;
- Module overheating protection;
- Phase loss detection on input/output;
- Response time overrun detection over RS-485;
- Overvoltage and undervoltage protection;
- Feedback sensor break detection for PID;
- Low and high water pressure alarms, motor stop in case of water shortage;
- Display of 25 error types on the display.

- Communication port RS-485 (Modbus).
