ALR-50-1000 is an aluminium braking resistor with resistance of 50 Ohm and power of 1000 W, which can be connected to frequency inverters 11 kW and other powers, as well as to servo drives that control electric motors. If there is a need to increase the power, resistors can be connected via an external brake block module DBU, where their parallel connection for power summation is carried out (the resistance value drops in this case).
Aluminium braking resistor for frequency converter is more effective than the conventional ceramic one. An aluminium case, which acts as a radiator, has good heat dissipation and is corrosion-resistant.
