Reliable frequency converter with built-in EMC filter SPLC-FC1000-2R2G4 operates on a three-phase network 380 V and uses vector control of three-phase asynchronous motors with power up to 2.2 kW at a voltage of 380 V. Additionally, by installing an additional card, this inverter can be connected to a machine with permanent magnets.
SPLC-FC1000-2R2G4 supports multiple operating modes:

Vector control without encoder in open loop provides precise control of the current vector for the asynchronous motor 2.2 kW and maintains torque on it;

Vector control with encoder requires installation of a PG card. Revolution tracking allows for more precise speed control and accurate torque management of the asynchronous motor 2.2 kW. This mode allows working with synchronous motors up to 2.2 kW.

Scalar control V/F can be enabled if control of an asynchronous electric machine 2.2 kW with non-inertia load (small pumps and fans) is required.
Overview of the reliable frequency converter SPLC-FC1000-2R2G4:
- Mounting in a protective cabinet on a DIN rail;
- On the front panel – a 5-digit LED display and indicators showing settings and control parameter values. Convenient input buttons and potentiometer knob for manual setting of motor speed frequency
- Possibility to connect an external control panel with an RJ45 interface;
- Covered power terminals to ensure protection against accidental contact. An STO (safe torque off) jumper can be used as an additional motor safety measure — while the jumper is installed, the output of the frequency inverter is locked. There is grounding of the power circuit.
