Description

1/4″ Check Valve SO-ASV-08 for Pneumatics is designed to allow the flow of compressed air from "P" inlet to "A" outlet and also restrict backflow. The air valve SO-ASV-08 construction allows maintaining pressure on the consumer side even if the air supply is cut off.

Pneumatic check valves are normally closed and can only open automatically if the pressure in the pipeline is higher than atmospheric — approximately 0.2 bar. They are not suitable for vacuum applications.

The body of the one-way pneumatic valve is metal (aluminium).
