Based on SC-DNG pneumatic cylinders, we can manufacture tandem and tridems pneumatic cylinders to increase the force.

Internal structure and materials

Indicated in the table are the details used for manufacturing SC-DNG pneumatic cylinders by default. On request, we can both use other materials (VITON seal, stainless body, etc.) and make changes to the structure itself.

The ISO 15552 cylinders' design is demountable, allowing for repair and replacement of worn parts.

The SC-DNG model pneumatic cylinders feature an aluminium round barrel with open tie rods. By default, there is a magnet on the piston.

By default, the cylinders have a single-ended rod made from nickel-plated carbon steel with external metric thread M10-27 for attachments or direct loads. Upon request, the rod can be made through or with stroke regulation, from chrome-plated stainless steel, without threading, or with grooves.

Note that SC-DNG cylinder repair kits may have different sizes from the internal components of ISO 15552 standard cylinders from other manufacturers.
