• Nominal pressure — 25 bar, PN 25. High-pressure steam valves PN40 and PN100 are available on request.
• Flow capacity KVS 160 m³/hour (when fully open, the valve will pass 400 cubic meters of water per hour with a pressure drop of 1 bar)
• Maximum temperature — 400°C
• Internal shut-off element - stainless steel AISI 304 (ANSI CF8)
• Seal metal-to-metal
• Body made of cast carbon steel WCB is a superior quality alternative to cheap cast iron EN-JS1049. WCB body has greater strength at high temperatures, better withstands hydraulic shocks and thermal shocks typical for the start-up of the steam system and its emergency shutdown.
• Special body design with extended top cover and ribs for heat dissipation and cooling of the gland when the valve is operated with saturated and superheated steam
• Flanged installation is preferable for working with steam, as bolt tightening ensures better connection reliability and reduces the risk of leakage
• The valve is equipped with an automatic control kit:
  • pneumatic diaphragm actuator (diaphragm made of EPDM)
