• Nominal pressure — 25 bar, PN 25. High-pressure steam valves PN40 and PN100 are available upon request.
• Flow capacity KVS 160 m³/hour (when the valve is fully open, 400 cubic meters of water will pass through it per hour with a pressure drop of 1 bar)
• Maximum temperature — 350°C
• Inner shut-off element - stainless steel AISI 304 (ANSI CF8)
• Sealing metal-to-metal
• The body is made of cast carbon steel WCB and is a higher quality analogue of cheaper cast iron EN-JS1049. WCB body has greater strength reserve at high temperatures, better withstands hydraulic and thermal shocks typical for steam system startup and emergency shutdown.
• Special body design with an extended bonnet and fins for heat dissipation and cooling of the gland when operating with saturated and superheated steam
• Flanged installation is preferred for steam work, as the bolt tightening ensures better connection reliability and less leakage risk
• The valve is equipped with an automatic control set:
  • pneumatic diaphragm actuator (diaphragm made of EPDM)
  • pneumopositioner - receives 4...20 mA signal from the controller and proportionally manages the compressed air source, achieving a 0...100% pneumatic actuator position proportional to the signal
