Scalar frequency converter 2.2 kW, 220V (SPLC-NZE-2R2G2)

Scalar frequency inverter Nietz SPLC-NZE-2R2G2 is designed for controlling the rotational speed of low-power single-phase asynchronous motors. The rated supply voltage of the connected single-phase electric motor should be 220V, and the power should not exceed 2.2 kW (depends on the chosen model).

You can set up the scalar frequency inverter and issue start-stop commands using the RS-485 interface, external terminals or directly on the operator panel, which includes an LED display, 4 indicators, 6 buttons, and a built-in potentiometer. The operator panel is removable and, for convenience, it can be taken out and mounted on the front wall of the inverter cabinet (a connector must be purchased as it is not included in the standard set).

The Nietz NZE series inverter uses scalar control U/f, and also has a slip compensation function for improved operation at low rotor speeds. The output frequency can be obtained in the range from 0.1 to 400 Hz with a setting accuracy of 0.01 Hz. The device provides warnings and errors, as well as protective shutdown during overheating, overload on current and voltage, low voltage, short circuit, etc.

The housing of the SPLC-NZE-2R2G2 scalar control inverter has a degree of dust and moisture protection IP20, so the devices must be installed indoors, inside a protective cabinet. Installation of the NZE frequency inverters on the wall is provided, on the standard 35 mm DIN rail.
