Automatic air pressure regulator G1/4″, 10 bar, 3500 l/min (SA-EPV)

Automatic air pressure regulator (electropneumatic converter) series SA-EPV is designed for high-precision regulation of compressed air pressure, proportional to an electric signal. Can operate in pneumatic systems with an inlet pressure not exceeding 1 MPa and at a flow rate up to 3500 l/min.

The typical field of application for electronic air pressure reducers is fully automated control of pneumatic actuator force on painting and packaging lines, in braking and balancing systems, and cutting lines. The electronic air pressure regulator has a connector on the body for connecting input-output electrical signals, a control panel with an LED display and buttons, as well as connections for connection to the pneumatic line with threads (see the table below). Advantages of electronic pressure regulator SA-EPV

• high accuracy regulation — at the level of precision regulators;
• the regulator measures the output pressure and displays it on a liquid crystal display in the selected unit (psi, bar, MPa), and also transmits a corresponding analogue signal of the pressure value or a discrete signal of attaining the set value;

Mounting of automatic air pressure regulators: manufacturer's requirements

The electropneumatic converter is demanding regarding air quality. The size of solid particles in the air supplied to the regulator should not exceed 5 μm. The air should not contain compressor oil residues. It is NOT recommended to install a lubrication sprayer before the precision regulator.

For improved regulation accuracy, it is recommended to install a precision regulator before the electropneumatic converter.
