Power Circuit of SPLC-NLP1000-15G4 Frequency Inverters:

• Power supply from a three-phase network 3ph 380 V AC 50/60 Hz;
• Linear output voltage ranges from 0 to 380 V, and frequency — from 0.1 to 400 Hz;
• Permissible overload for 60 s — up to 150% of the nominal current value (in constant load mode)

Control Circuit SPLC-NLP1000-15G4:

• 4DI — four digital inputs whose function can be defined independently via menu selection. For example, a digital input can be used for start command, forward run, reverse, stop, jog frequency skipping, switching between frequency sources X and Y, switching between 16 preset speed frequency values, switching between 4 acceleration and braking modes, remote increase/decrease of the frequency, timer start, PID control activation, built-in controller's program, etc.
• 1AI — one input that can be switched with the J2 jumper, accepts a corresponding analog signal via current 4...20 mA or voltage 0...10 V for frequency setting;
• 1DO — one multifunctional digital output (relay), which can be used for ON-OFF signal output regarding operating state, frequency or counter achievement, step or PLC program cycle completion;
• RS485 — serial port connector RS485 for combining into an industrial set of frequency converters NL, controllers, industrial PCs, etc.

How to Choose the Right Model of Scalar Three-Phase Frequency Converter Series SPLC-NLP1000 380V?

Since the output voltage of SPLC-NLP1000-15G4 is 380 V, three-phase motors 220/380 V must be connected using the "star" winding connection scheme. The motor's corresponding parameters for this connection type are indicated on its nameplate. The frequency converter model must be selected so that the tabular values of nominal current and power are greater than the motor's parameters.
