Screw Compressors 15 kW

Specialist Screw Compressors 15 kW are ready-to-use industrial compressor units with adjustable capacity and air pressure from 7 bar to a maximum of 10, 12 or 16 bar depending on the model.

Compared to competitors in Ukraine, our equipment has higher quality components. You can also directly purchase a 15 kW screw compressor with a preliminary inspection in Dnipro or Lviv — we are importers of parts and have ready assemblies in stock in Ukraine.

Compressor parts and components 15 kW from “Specialist”

• Steel claw couplings with an elastic star or rigid direct transmission of the 15kw electric motor power to the screw pair. The beltless drive has a consistently high efficiency and does not require constant monitoring of the correct pulley tension.
• Screw block 5:6 with serial number and manufacturer's warranty. The design used by our supplier creates less load on the bearings; the screws have the correct geometry because they are processed on high-precision CNC machines from Amada and KAPP.
• Electrical cabinet with reliable components from the German company Schneider.
• Controller with touchscreen and Wi-Fi connectivity supports Cyrillic. In addition to adjusting the output pressure, it displays working temperature and pressure inside the compressor itself, and also has counters for timely replacement of filters and compressor oil.
• Metal pipelines and strong Italian fittings, which provide better tightness at high pressure.
• Original specialized filters from leading Chinese manufacturers at an acceptable price, which are used in compressors and pumps of well-known European brands.

Also, an advantage of working with us is the ability to order spare parts for service and repair, which will definitely fit the pneumatic compressor because these will be our original parts. Any accompanying pneumatic equipment — hoses, quick releases, condensate drain valves, separate filter-moisture separators and other pneumatics can also be found and purchased through our official website.

Choosing a model of screw compressor 15 kW

In the Specialist online store catalogue, we offer standard and popular assemblies for industrial enterprises:

• SCC-ZA-20 — this is the most basic variant of a separate 15 kW compressor without a receiver. It will pressurize up to 2000 l/min at a pressure of up to 10 bar, if increased up to 12 bar the performance will drop to 1700 l/min.
• SCC-ZAY-20 — differs from the previous one by a frequency drive with a synchronous electric motor 15000 W. This helps improve energy efficiency at low speeds, when the engine slows down, adapting to low consumption. This modification is also more reliable when operating from a petrol generator where voltage fluctuates.
• SCC-ZAIY-20 — in addition to the compressor unit with a frequency converter, it has a built-in receiver 300 litres, dryer and moisture separators. The air purification and drying system after the compressor solves problems of pipe rusting, oil washing out of internal parts of pneumatic equipment with condensate, increased friction, seizing and accelerated wear of seals, etc.
• SCC-ZAHY-20 — does not differ structurally from the previous variant, but uses parts that withstand higher internal pressure — up to 16 atmospheres. This is the maximum for single-stage air compression installations, which are mainly used in specific industries — for PET container blowing and laser machines.
