Pneumatic distributor 3/2 series SV-C-L(S) or SV-D-L(S)D with button for manual control

The 3/2 pneumatic valves in the SV-C-L(S) or SV-D-L(S)D series with a manual control button are designed for operation on compressed air at a working pressure of 0-8.5 bar. They can be used to build pneumatic circuits, control single-acting pneumatic cylinders, or for other tasks. The external metric thread on the body and mounting nut allow the device to be fixed to the front panel of control panels, operator consoles, etc.

Three-way pneumatic valves have three threaded openings on the body, marked with letters or numbers:

1. "P" — inlet for connecting compressed air supply
2. "A" — outlet for connecting to the consumer line
3. "S" — exhaust port for releasing pressure from the outlet to the atmosphere (it is recommended to install a pneumatic silencer on the exhaust port to reduce noise levels and to protect the valve from external contamination)

The inlet and outlet ports have the same size of connecting internal cylindrical thread for air hose — G1/8″, G1/4″ or G3/8″. The exhaust port, depending on the model of the pneumatic valve, may be the same or smaller in size.

Three-way pneumatic valves with a button come in three types:

• with LS button with spring return (monostable):
• 3/2 NO — normally open (in the resting state, the pressure on the consumer line is reduced, as the outlet is connected to the exhaust port. Only while the operator manually presses the button, compressed air is supplied to the consumer, and after releasing the button, the spring returns it to its original position) 
• 3/2 NC — normally closed (the principle of operation is the same, but the result is reversed)
• with L button with locking (bistable)
