Description

Solenoid Pulse Valve SV-RMZ-ES-22NC-50 is a diaphragm type 2/2 normally closed valve with a 2″ inch connection, designed for pneumatic blowing and cleaning of fabric filter bags with a high-pressure flow of compressed air from 3 to 8 bar. The impulse solenoid valve is activated by an electric signal on the coil at DC 24 V or AC 220 Volts. This air valve provides:

reliable isolation of compressed air from inflatable pipes
minimal pressure loss with a maximum air flow of 75 cubic metres per minute, allowing a more powerful shaking impulse compared to old angle-designed DN50 valves
economy and high efficiency of the entire reverse pulse cleaning system

Pulsed cleaning valves are used for regenerating bag filters from dust and particles of concrete, flour, and in other industrial fields.
