Description

The vector inverter 3-phase SPLC-HS320-2R2G4 from the HS320 series is designed for autonomous control of the rotation of a small three-phase asynchronous motor — 380 V, up to 5.1 A, up to 2.2 kW (2200 W). The vector operating mode allows this frequency and voltage inverter to be used for virtually any type of pumps, conveyor belts, and machines.

The inverter model SPLC-HS320-2R2G4 has a IP20 housing designed for installation on a DIN rail in a motor control cabinet (IP56) for protection against dust and moisture. The removable control panel, located on the front of the cabinet, simplifies inverter settings.

Features of SPLC-HS320-2R2G4

This is the most affordable vector frequency inverter at 2.2 kW. It supports all necessary functions, but compared to other series, it has less memory: 7 preset values for a multi-speed program or step-by-step instruction; the time setting range up to 999.9 s (~17 min), no RS-485.

One of the advantages of the SPLC-HS320-2R2G4 inverter is the higher switching frequency — from 2 to 16 kHz (can be adjusted). This allows for better electromagnetic compatibility, increasing the switching frequency for quieter drive operation.
