Description

The SF-A2530 series aluminium threaded fitting is a metal bushing, a straight adapter from male to female thread ("male-female"). Thread type — cylindrical pipe (G). Size — 1/8″, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2 or 3/4″.

These threaded fittings are manufactured in Ukraine. Aluminium bushings are corrosion-resistant, relatively lightweight, and inexpensive compared to other types of metal fittings. The finished product undergoes peening (a type of mechanical processing) to enhance its strength and wear resistance.

SF-A2530 series fittings are designed for use with compressed air at pressures up to 12 bar (1.2 MPa). When used with other media compatible with aluminium, the allowable working pressure and temperature may vary from the values given for compressed air.

To ease screwing in, the fitting's body has an external hex.
