Vector Frequency Converter 220 to 380, 5.5 kW of the SPLC-NZ2200 series is designed for controlling the rotational speed of three-phase asynchronous motors with capacity up to 5.5 kW.
The feature of this converter is the built-in block for boosting the output voltage. To power the inverter, it is connected to a standard single-phase network 220 V, and at the working output - a three-phase electric motor 380 V with a "star" winding circuit (needed to maintain the nominal torque on the shaft).
This model of the frequency converter SPLC-NZ2200-5R5GS2 has a protection degree of IP20. Therefore, it is recommended to mount it on a DIN rail in specialized cabinets to protect from dust and moisture.
The control panel, if necessary, can be detached and brought to the front panel of the cabinet. Cable and mounts are not included in the price, supplied on demand.

- 6DI — six digital inputs can be defined manually via menu selection. For instance, a digital input may be used for start command, forward run, reverse, stop, JOG frequency skip, toggle between frequency sources X and Y, switch between 16 preset speed frequency values, switch between 4 acceleration and deceleration modes, remote frequency increase/decrease, timer initiation, PID control, built-in PLC program, etc.
- 2AI — two inputs, one of which can be switched via jumper J to accept the appropriate analog current signal 4…20 mA or voltage 0…10 V, while the other supports 0…10 V;
- 2DO — two multi-functional digital outputs, one relay, which can be used for ON-OFF output signal for operational state, frequency or time counter achieving, completion of program step or PLC cycle;
- 1AO — one output supporting analog current signal 4…20 mA or voltage 0…10 V;
- RS485 — RS485 serial port connector to integrate into industrial setup for frequency inverter NLP, controllers, industrial PCs, etc.
