Reliable frequency converters with a built-in EMC filter SPLC-FC1000-0R75G2 are powered from a single-phase network 220 V and use vector control of three-phase asynchronous motors with a power of up to 0.75 kW voltage 220 V. Additionally, with the installation of an extra card, these converters can be connected to permanent magnet machines.
SPLC-FC1000-0R75G2 supports several operation modes:

Vector control without encoder in open loop provides precise control of the current vector of an asynchronous electric motor 0.75 kW and maintains torque on it;

Vector control with encoder requires installing a PG card. Tracking the revolutions improves speed control accuracy and allows precise management of the torque of the asynchronous electric motor 0.75 kW. In this mode, it is possible to work with synchronous motors up to 0.75 kW.

Scalar control V/F can be enabled when control of an asynchronous electric machine 0.75 kW with no inertia load is required (small pumps and fans).
Brief overview of the reliable frequency converter SPLC-FC1000-0R75G2:
- Mounting in a protective cabinet on a DIN rail;
- On the front panel — LED display with 5 digits and indicators for displaying settings and parameter values. Convenient input buttons and a potentiometer handle for manually setting the motor rotation frequency
- The ability to connect an external control panel with an RJ45 interface;
- Power terminals are closed to ensure protection against accidental contact. STO jumper (safe torque off) can be used as an additional motor safety measure — while the jumper is installed, the output of the frequency inverter is blocked. There is grounding for the power circuit.

- RS485 communication. By ordering additional expansion cards, interfaces EtherCAT, Profibus-DP, CAN can be installed.
