Reliable frequency inverters with built-in EMC filter SPLC-FC1000-1R5G2 are powered by a single-phase network 220 V and use vector control of three-phase asynchronous motors with a power of up to 1.5 kW and voltage 220 V. With the installation of an additional card, these inverters can connect to machines with permanent magnets.
SPLC-FC1000-1R5G2 supports several modes of operation:

Vector control without encoder in open-loop provides precise control of the current vector of an asynchronous electric motor 1.5 kW and maintains torque on it;

Vector control with encoder requires installation of a PG card. Speed tracking increases the accuracy of speed control and allows precise control of the rotational moment of an asynchronous electric motor 1.5 kW. In this mode, it is possible to work with synchronous motors up to 1.5 kW.

Scalar control V/F can be activated when control of an asynchronous electromechanical machine 1.5 kW with non-inertia load (small pumps and fans) is required.
A brief overview of the reliable frequency inverter SPLC-FC1000-1R5G2:
- Install in a protective cabinet on a DIN rail;
- The front panel features an LED display with 5 digits and indicators for displaying settings and management parameter values. Convenient input buttons and a potentiometer handle for manually setting the motor's rotational frequency
- Ability to connect an external control panel with RJ45 interface;
- Power terminals are covered to ensure protection from accidental touch. The STO (Safe Torque Off) jumper can be used as an additional safety measure for the motor — while the jumper is installed, the frequency inverter's output is blocked. There is grounding of the power circuit.

- RS485 communication. By ordering additional extension boards, interfaces such as EtherCAT, Profibus-DP, CAN can be installed.
