Description
Three-phase motor choke 200A, 380V, 75 kW, 0.035 mH OCL-0200-035U-0.4SA is installed at the output of a frequency converter for filtering current supplied to three-phase electric motors of 380 V. The purpose of the output electrical choke is as follows:
- Creating inductive resistance, which limits the motor supply current, thereby preventing its overload and damage;
- Preventing sharp current surges during motor start, which can lead to equipment failure;
- Cleaning the current sine wave from unwanted high harmonics (high-frequency noise) that occur in the drive.
Use the AC output choke in the circuit between the frequency converter and the asynchronous electric motor to improve the quality of the drive power supply, as well as for safe and long-term operation of the equipment.
