Pneumatic punching press

Desktop pneumatic punching press 200 kg

One of the popular solutions on the market is a compact pneumatic press with a force of 200 kg, equipped with a controller and electric pedal, which is a very affordable, simple, and versatile option. Example of a pneumatic line assembly:

1. screw air compressor with receiver, supplied with a refrigerated dryer and moisture separators SCC-ZAI;
2. manual valve SV-I-H-32
3. air preparation unit with pressure gauge SA-CM
4. adjustable stroke pneumatic cylinder from 50 to 150 mm, piston diameter 80 mm SC-DNGJ
5. pneumatic valve 4V210-08
6. fittings and tubing: pneumatic tubing SF-EU, straight push-in fittings SF-EPC and elbow fittings SF-EPL, plastic silencer SF-PUL.

If PLC programming is not required, the assembly can be made more cost-effective by using a pneumatic pedal or push-button valves. It is also possible to increase the nominal force of such a machine without increasing pressure — for this, order large-diameter pneumatic cylinders (from 100 to 320 mm), along with correspondingly larger valves, fittings, and tubing.

Pneumohydraulic press up to 5 tons

If you need a powerful press with a force of several tons, we can offer a combined pneumohydraulic drive. Pneumatics are responsible for the control line, while the hydraulic part allows significant force generation with relatively compact dimensions.

Pneumatic press for installing fittings

Semi-automatic machines for installing metal rivets or eyelets are used in the production of clothing, footwear, and banners. Riveting machines are usually very compact to allow installation on a table. For these applications, we recommend the following Specialist equipment:

1. round stainless steel pneumatic cylinders MS with reed position sensors for safety mechanisms
2. short-stroke cylinders with rectangular SDA profile for the main drive

For larger and more powerful machines with higher operating intensity, CPI series pneumatic cylinders according to ISO 6431 and an air filter-regulator with lubricator and pressure gauge SA-CN can be used.

We can also supply servo motors and servo drives for rivet installation machines where higher precision of force and speed control is required.

Pneumatic press for cheese production

In the food industry, horizontal lines and semi-automatic vertical multi-section machines can be found, designed for forming cheese mass into solid cheese blocks through mechanical pressing. The pressing force is generated by pneumatic cylinders capable of producing from 1,000 to 20,000 N. The required machine power depends on the technology used — composition, pressing time, temperature, etc. For convenience, such machines allow pressing force adjustment by changing the pressure on the regulator. Molds that come into contact with raw materials are made of stainless steel, which is safe for contact with food products.

Pneumatic press for juice production and winemaking

Specialized devices for extracting fruit juice from grapes, apples, or other fruits in industrial conditions typically use a membrane rather than pneumatic cylinders. For such machines, we can offer related equipment for complete automation of the production line — compressors, air filters, flow and pressure regulators, solenoid valves for food products, and ball valves with electric and pneumatic actuators.
