High-Pressure Pneumatics
The SC-RH high-pressure regulator allows pressure reduction before supplying air to equipment. For example, for the operation of a pneumatic cylinder that raises and lowers the nozzle, the pressure must be reduced to 10 bar.
The air supplied for PET bottle blowing must be pre-cleaned. To solve this task, we offer high-pressure filters of the SC-FH series. They are capable of removing excess moisture and solid particles from the air. The filters feature a durable aluminum housing and can withstand inlet pressures of up to 40 bar.
The supply of compressed air to the blowing nozzle can be controlled by high-pressure pneumatic valves SV-M. These are 3/2 normally closed pneumatic valves — when there is no electrical signal, they shut off the air supply. The maximum inlet pressure is 40 bar.
For connecting components, we recommend reliable bronze threaded fittings with rubber seals. These fittings ensure leak-tight operation at pressures up to 35 bar. We also offer fittings with union nuts and push-in collets.
Blow Molding Pneumatic Cylinders
Blow molding machines use non-standard pneumatic cylinders, which we manufacture to order. For example, based on the standard SC-CPI pneumatic cylinder series, we produce custom SC-CPID-63x30-S-C01 cylinders with a through and hollow piston rod. The pressure used to control the pneumatic cylinder must not exceed 10 bar. High pressure can pass through the hollow piston rod of the cylinder.
We also manufacture double pneumatic cylinders with a flange adapter or directly connected together, which are commonly found on modern Chinese-made machines.
