Description

SCC-FJ30-40 — industrial moisture and oil separators G 1 ½″ for high-pressure air compressors up to 16 bar. Moisture and oil separators are specially designed for efficient cleaning of large volumes of air up to 3500 L/min from compressor oil, solid inclusions, and moisture that enters the compressor from the atmosphere. They connect to the pipeline through two internal threaded holes 1 ½″ (one and a half inches).

The degree of filtration from dust and compressor oil residues depends on the installed multilayer filter element:

Type "C" 3 microns — standard mechanical filter, oil content after filtration less than 3 ppm, initial pressure drop 0.02 bar;
Type "T" 1 micron — coalescing fine filter, oil content up to 1 ppm, initial pressure drop 0.06 bar;
Type "A" 0.01 micron — ultrafine (coalescing) filter, oil content up to 0.01 ppm, max. ≤100'000 particles 1-5 microns per m³, initial pressure drop 0.07 bar;
Type "X" 0.003 micron — ultrafine (coalescing) filter, oil content up to 0.003 ppm, max. ≤10'000 particles 1-5 microns per m³, initial pressure drop 0.04 bar;

After contamination, the replacement cartridge needs to be replaced. To extend the service life, the pneumatic filter should be installed after the moisture separator on the compressor, the air should be dry.
