Control valves for steam with pneumatic actuator

The Specialist shut-off and control valve for steam is a bellows flanged valve that replaces manual control with a pneumatic actuator, with or without a positioner. The positioner allows throttling of the flow to control the output, while the bellows shut-off valve does not have a positioner and operates in an "open-close" mode. These valves are designed for saturated and superheated steam 350-400°C at a pressure of РУ25.

• Bellows valve is a design with a hermetic stainless steel corrugation, welded at one end to the valve stem and at the other to the cover. It is fully hermetic.
• Cover with extension and fins for heat dissipation allows cooling of the gland, which is the second level of hermeticity.
• "Metal-to-metal" sealing is not destroyed under the influence of high-heated steam and continues to perform its function throughout the entire service life.
• Steam contacts CF8 stainless steel with high corrosion resistance.
• Cast WCB body is better than cast iron EN-JS1049. WCB shut-off fittings are more robust, resistant to water hammers and thermal shocks during steam system startup and emergency shutdown.
