Reliable frequency converters with built-in EMC filter SPLC-FC1000-2R2G2 are powered from a single-phase network 220 V and use vector control for three-phase asynchronous motors with a power of up to 2.2 kW voltage 220 V. Also, when an additional board is installed, these drives can be connected to machines with permanent magnets.
SPLC-FC1000-2R2G2 supports several operating modes:

Vector control without encoder in an open loop provides precise control of the current vector of an asynchronous motor 2.2 kW and maintains torque on it;

Vector control with encoder requires installation of a PG board. Rotary tracking enhances speed control accuracy and allows for precise control of the torque of an asynchronous motor 2.2 kW. In this mode, synchronous motors up to 2.2 kW can be operated.

Scalar control V/F can be activated if there is a need to control an asynchronous machine 2.2 kW with a load without inertia (small pumps and fans).
Short overview of reliable frequency converter SPLC-FC1000-2R2G2:
- Mounting in a protective cabinet on a DIN rail;
- On the front panel - LED display with 5 digits and indicators to display settings and control parameter values. Convenient input buttons and a potentiometer handle for manual setting of motor rotation frequency.
- Ability to connect an external control panel with an RJ45 interface;
- Power terminals are enclosed to ensure protection against accidental contact. The STO bridge (safe torque off) can be used as an additional engine safety measure — while the bridge is set, the frequency inverter output is locked. There is grounding of the power circuit.

- RS485 communication. When ordering additional expansion boards, EtherCAT, Profibus-DP, CAN interfaces can be installed.
