The functional and compact SPLC-NLP1000-2R2G2 frequency inverter is designed for connection to a single-phase network 220 V and control three-phase asynchronous motors with power up to 2.2 kW (depending on the chosen inverter model). This frequency inverter can control pumps, conveyors, and various machines thanks to fine-tuning the start-stop motor control, adapting the V/f output characteristic for different load types, PID regulation, and programmable operation according to multi-step PLC instructions.
The scalar frequency inverter SPLC-NLP1000-2R2G2 uses scalar control mode V/f. This mode is relatively easy to set up: precise input of all machine parameters is not mandatory.
The SPLC-NLP1000-2R2G2 scalar frequency converter model has a protection level of IP20, so it is recommended to install it on a DIN-rail in specialized cabinets to protect against dust and moisture. If necessary, a removable control panel can be connected to the inverter (not included in the price, available on request).

Power circuit of SPLC-NLP1000-2R2G2 inverters:
- Powered from a single-phase network 1ph 220 V AC 50/60 Hz;
- Linear output voltage is from 0 to 220 V, and frequency — in the range from 0.1 to 400 Hz;
- Allowable overload for 60 sec — up to 150% of nominal current value (in constant load mode)
Control circuit SPLC-NLP1000-2R2G2:
- 4DI — four digital inputs, the function of which can be independently defined by a menu selection. For example, a digital input can be used for a start command, forward run, reverse, stop, JOG frequency skip, switching between X and Y frequency sources, switching between 16 frequency speed settings, switching between 4 acceleration and deceleration modes, remote increase/decrease of frequency, timer start, enabling PID regulation, built-in controller program, etc.
- 1AI — one input that can be switched using jumper J2 and receive an appropriate analog current signal 4…20 mA or voltage 0…10 V to set frequency;
- 1DO — one multifunction digital output (relay), which can be used for ON-OFF output signal about operational status, frequency or timer counter achievement, program step or cycle completion PLC;
- RS485 — RS485 serial port connector for assembly into a set of industrial frequency converter NL, controllers, industrial PCs, etc.
How to choose the model of the scalar single-phase frequency inverter series SPLC-NLP1000 220V correctly?
Since the output voltage of SPLC-NLP1000-2R2G2 is 220 V, three-phase motors 220/380 V will need to be connected using the "delta" winding connection scheme. The corresponding parameters for these connections are indicated on the motor nameplate. The inverter model should be chosen so that the nameplate values of rated current and power exceed the parameters of the motor.
