Compressed Air Filters

Compressed air cleaning filters of the cyclone type are designed to clean compressed air from solid particles and moisture droplets. They separate the already condensed moisture vapours from the air.

The compressed air cleaning filter should be installed near the equipment consuming compressed air, not near the compressor. After which the air is still hot (the moisture in it has not yet condensed).

The standard filtration level is 25 microns.

Compressed air filters come with semi-automatic and automatic condensate removal.

• In semi-automatic mode, condensate is discharged from the filter flask only after the pressure drops at the filter inlet. For this, the pneumatic line needs to be disconnected.
• In the filter with automatic condensate removal, water is drained when the specified liquid level in the flask is reached, regardless of air pressure presence.
